Seemed like they were all about taking my money fast, but not so much about getting my tea to me quickly. I tried contacting customer service for help, but didn't hear anything back. All in all, I was really let down by the whole thing.

I reached out so many times for help, but their customer service team seemed to ignore me and not want to do anything about it, eh. They just blamed the postal service and didn't take any responsibility, eh. It's been weeks since I ordered my tea, and I still haven't got it sorted out, eh. I'm really disappointed in how this company is treating their customers - no responsibility or care at all, eh.
