Harney & Sons - Reviews and experiences

Honestly, it arrived in the end, and I'm actually relieved — but getting there was a hassle. I ordered a few tins of tea for a care package for my mom after her surgery, so timing mattered to me. Packages were dropped at the wrong building twice — gone both times — and then the slow drip of responses started. Harney & Sons basically told me to wait on USPS and, after a week of emails, asked me to call USPS myself and file the complaint. One reply even said they wouldn’t reship until USPS got back to them because it was my second missing order. That felt like being passed around. After a lot of back-and-forth emails, the order showed up in week three and the tea itself is nice, so I’m glad my mom got it and that part worked out. Still, I feel like the company could’ve been more proactive instead of making me chase things. So, relieved but annoyed — grateful it landed where it needed to be, but not happy with how much time and energy I had to spend fixing someone else’s delivery problem.

I recently bought some tea from this company, eh. It took way longer than I thought for my order to be sent out. Seemed like they were all about taking my money fast, but not so much about getting my tea to me quickly. I tried contacting customer service for help, but didn't hear anything back. All in all, I was really let down by the whole thing.

They just blamed the postal service and didn't take any responsibility, eh. It's been weeks since I ordered my tea, and I still haven't got it sorted out, eh. I'm really disappointed in how this company is treating their customers - no responsibility or care at all, eh.
