Overallthe filters themselves are fine but the company’s approach makes it not worth sticking with them. I first came across these at a home show maybe 15–20 years ago and bought one for the kitchen; later I got a shower unit too. I even told a neighbour about them once — she bought one on my recommendation — so I’m not some random complainer.

OverallStarted off with a countertop unit a few years ago, but now we've upgraded to a dual-filter undersink unit.
