ServiceI almost didn't reorder after the account migration — I was pretty nervous, honestly. First week there were missed shipments and odd charges and I kept thinking, uh-oh. I had to use my meds right away after the switch so I reached out. One rep actually stuck with me, answered, and fixed most stuff, which calmed me down. Still had a couple delivery hiccups, but overall I’m relieved and a bit impressed they turned it around. Feels more trustworthy now, yay for people who follow through.
