Shipment timing needs work
Deliverythey eventually fixed it, but the automated shipment timing needs work. I first saw the item on their website and told a coworker, so I was surprised when a morning email said a new package was being prepared. I replied right away asking them to cancel — I don’t need refills that fast — but hours later got a shipping notice. After another message they delayed and cancelled the next one, so that was a relief. Still, I’d appreciate a confirmation email when they see my request and future shipments will be pushed back.
