Works well — big gains in a few weeks. Started using it with my two-year-old and his speech and understanding jumped faster than I expected. We’d tried cheaper gadgets before and they did little. This one helped. Only gripe is price. Would buy for the rest of us if it weren’t so steep.

Box arrived on schedule. Packaging was solid. The device feels sturdy and fits my routine. I ordered it because of recurring lower back pain after moving. I use it sporadically, so hard to judge results yet. Happy it wasn’t a hassle to get and I’ll keep the subscription for now, for sure.

they ship on their schedule, not when I actually need more, so I cancelled. Kinda annoying because now I’ll have to re-subscribe whenever I run low and then cancel again. Useful product, clumsy system.

Not impressed overall, though it’s not totally useless. Started using it a few weeks ago and the order arrived on time. I tried it myself and two housemates and didn’t see the dramatic shifts influencers claim. Maybe a small improvement some nights, maybe placebo. Shipping was fine, customer support was meh.
