Pretty happy, but subscription cancellation is messy
Cancellationproduct = good, process = frustrating. The site didn’t stop my recurring orders, so I had to call and email more than once. I was charged a couple of times after cancelling. It’s not perfect. Support was polite, though slow, and I’m still waiting on a refund for a pending charge.
