SubscriptionI had a really annoying situation with this subscription I didn't even know I had. I tried to cancel it online and on the app, but kept getting billed for months. The customer service person I talked to was useless and sounded like a robot. I ended up having to do a chargeback on my credit card to get my money back.

SubscriptionI bought a year-long subscription on March 23rd, but when I tried to log in on April 1st, I had problems and couldn't get on the website. The online chat support was useless since it was just a basic virtual bot. After I left my message and email, I got an automated reply. It's now April 8th, and I still can't use the service because they're having technical problems with password sign-ins and trying to fix it. I'll give them another week to sort it out before thinking about other choices.
