I ordered some protein powder and pre-workout from this website, and man, it took forever to get here! I had to chat with two different folks before my stuff finally arrived after waiting for like 2 and a half weeks. And when my protein powder finally showed up, it was all messed up! I was so frustrated, I tell ya! Thankfully, Gainz Garrett came through and sent me a replacement real quick. Despite being disappointed about the wait and the damaged product, Garrett really came to the rescue and made things right.

So I bought these two whey protein powders online recently, right? But man, it was a total disaster. I waited forever for it to show up, only to find out later from FedEx that it got sent back because of customs problems. I tried to get in touch with customer service ASAP for a refund, but every time I tried, it was like hitting a brick wall - there was nobody there to help me out. Their stupid virtual assistant just kept going in circles and my UK order number wasn't even showing up on their website. I had to get PayPal involved to try to fix things, but even after two months, I still haven't heard a peep from the company. Crazy, right?

So when it hit customs, I got dinged for tax again, eh. It was a real pain in the keester, eh. But, thanks to the awesome help of a customer service hero named Chris, I got it all sorted out. He kept me in the loop and walked me through getting back that extra tax dough. He totally turned my frown upside down, eh. Big thanks to him for being so quick and helpful, eh.
