I bought something from this website not long ago, eh, and I gotta say I had a pretty bad time. The customer service wasn't great, the prices were confusing, and I was bummed out to learn they don't cover duty fees. It's been over a month now, and my order still hasn't shown up. It's so different from my past experiences with the site, where everything went smoothly. But ever since the pandemic, the service quality has really gone downhill, eh. I don't think I'll be ordering from them again.
