Service30 a.m.; I didn't expect anyone to answer, let alone be helpful. I was trying to push back a reservation for later that day and worried the system would block me. Tyler picked up and, after a quick check of my number, walked me through changing the time. I missed a step, he made a simple workaround, and the whole thing was sorted fast. Felt relieved.

ComplaintsHad the absolute worst time booking long term parking at JFK through Way.com. The shuttle never showed up, so I had to just drive myself to the airport. When I got back, I waited FOREVER for a ride back and they ended up telling me to take an Uber because they were too busy. To top it off, my car was parked on the street in front of a sketchy weed store, and I had to get my keys from some random dude in a different car. Not a safe area at all and the service was super rude. Definitely would not suggest using them!

ComplaintsI went to this parking lot and nobody was there! I waited so long for the shuttle and ended up going to another parking lot down the road. When I picked up my car, the bill was way more than what I expected! Such a rip off! I told my friend to use this parking lot and the same thing happened to them too! It's a total scam, don't trust them! I tried to get my money back, but no luck. They only refunded part of it, but it was still a hassle. Save yourself the trouble and don't book with them! The customer service was terrible, they even hung up on me! I waited forever for someone to pick up the phone. My poor friend is going to have to deal with this too when they get back from vacation. So mad! 😡👎

They didn't even mention that I needed a taxi from the hotel to the airport until after I had already parked my car. When I asked for a refund since I didn't use the service, customer service just brushed me off and said "tough luck". This is a terrible way to run a business and I definitely won't be using their service again.

When I contacted them to get a refund of my deposit, they said they'd only give me "Way bucks" as credit instead of giving me my original payment back. I agreed, thinking I'd use it in the future. But then a year later, I found out the credit had expired. I tried reaching out to customer service for help, but after waiting on hold for 20 minutes, I got no solution and basically lost my money. It's frustrating that Way doesn't clearly communicate their credit expiration policies, which ends up leaving customers like me in the dark.

And to top it all off, I had to pay that extra charge in cash at the parking lot, which totally defeated the purpose of booking ahead of time online. Honestly, it felt like a total scam. I'd recommend steering clear of Way to avoid getting caught up in the same mess.

Even though they said I'd get a full refund for cancelling, they only gave me credit in "Way Bucks" instead, which wasn't what I agreed to. All in all, I felt like they were being sneaky and taking advantage of me. Their app and website weren't the greatest either, which just added to the whole negative experience, you know?

I couldn't believe it - I had a reservation! So, I tried booking another spot through Way, but the same thing happened. I ended up missing my flight because of this mess. When I contacted Way for a refund, they made it so hard. They kept asking for proof from the parking lot that it was full and that I didn't park there. It felt like they were just making excuses to not give me a refund. I'm still waiting for that refund. And of course, no compensation for missing my flight.
