    Parking booking experience

    I just wanted to share my experience of booking a parking spot through the platform. I had some trouble with the partnerships listed for the parking options. Turns out, some of the hotels listed didn't actually have partnerships with the company. This made things a bit inconvenient, and I had to search for alternative parking. On top of that, the confirmation email didn't come through right after I paid, which left me feeling confused and unsure.

    Refund request

    I had to cancel my reservation and ask for a refund because of some unexpected things that came up. I was really happy with how quickly customer service got back to me. They took care of everything in a really smooth and professional way, which made things a lot easier for me. I was grateful for how they kept in touch and resolved the problem.
