Got car help from Emma and Nick
Emma at the counter in SFO was a lifesaver when my driver's license expired on my birthday. She told me to renew it online, and even printed out the proof for me. Manager Nick was really great too and totally saved my trip!
Easy and smooth rental experience
Renting a car from Thrifty in Las Vegas was so easy! Even though there were long lines on a hot day, the customer service was really friendly. We got to pick out any SUV in area 7 for pick-up, and dropping it off was even easier - just leave the keys on the dashboard. It was a hassle-free and convenient experience overall.

These awesome cars are totally amazing! I had the opportunity to drive them for work and let me tell you, they are top-of-the-line!
Pickup experience at car rental
The people working at the counter were pretty slow and got some things mixed up with the car I rented. But Robert and Gordy were amazing and totally saved the day. Even though there were some issues at first, I would definitely rent from them again because of those two guys.

The folks at this rental spot were super nice and helpful when we were making our reservation. They really made things simple and straightforward, making sure everything went smoothly. Plus, they even gave us a nicer car than we expected, which was a nice touch and made our rental even better. All in all, we were really happy and would definitely suggest this rental company to others.
Efficient and smooth car rental process at airport
My time with the car rental service at the airport was great. Everything went really smoothly, from when I first went up to the counter to when I drove off in the shiny new car they gave me. The staff knew their stuff and were super quick, making the check-out process a breeze. Compared to other car rental places, the Thrifty at the airport didn't make me wait around forever, which was a nice change. The cars they had were top-notch, especially the new one I got with only 10 miles on it. When I returned the car, it was just as easy, with the team getting me sorted in minutes and giving me clear directions on how to catch the shuttle back. All in all, I was really impressed with how smooth and efficient the whole thing was.
