WarrantyI recently bought a foam gun, short handle attachment, and pressure washer from a company in Paris, Kentucky. The items arrived quickly, but when I tried to use the pressure washer, it didn't work properly. I reached out to customer service for help and was surprised to find out that I couldn't return the items because they had been opened and used. This no return policy for essential items worries me and makes me disappointed in the way the company handles customer service. I'm now working on disputing the charges with my credit card company because of this issue. I definitely won't be buying anything else from this company in the future.
