TimingI ordered car wash soap online, the website said it was in stock. But after waiting for a whole week with no sign of shipping, I decided to check in. Turns out, they didn't actually have it in stock and it was backordered. They said it would come in a week, but it still didn't show up. I tried reaching out to customer service through email and voicemail, but got no response. In the end, I had to ask my credit card company to help me out with a refund. I even tried contacting the company's US branch for help, but they were no help at all. I'd recommend avoiding this company and going with a different brand like Adams.
