Rental car booking

As someone who travels a lot, I rented a car using this service. I was pretty frustrated with having to show extra health and car insurance documents even though I've always been a safe driver with no accidents or tickets. It seemed like a pointless headache for me, given that I've been driving for so many years without any issues. I just wish they would reconsider their rules to make it easier for responsible drivers like myself.

Let me tell you about my experience with this car rental company. So, we were in Gran Canaria, and when we got to the local car rental place, they right away tried to sell us extra insurance, even though we already had insurance from when we booked online. They said it would be simpler to deal with any damages directly with them rather than going back to the booking site for a refund. We said no thanks, but then, we ended up with some small damage to the car that cost us extra money. The whole process of trying to get our money back has been a total nightmare, all filled with red tape. We're still trying to get our money back, and it's been a real pain and taking up so much time. If the damage had been worse, I can't even imagine how stressed I'd be right now. It's pretty obvious that they make it really hard for customers to get refunds, just to profit off folks being confused and inconvenienced. I'm not using this service again - they're just scammers and I refuse to be taken advantage of.

When I was trying to book a car online, I ran into a frustrating problem with entering my information. I had to pick a different country first before I could choose my own, and that was confusing and took up more time. On top of that, I had to fix some of the filled-in details myself, which was irritating and took even more time. In the end, booking online wasn't a smooth process, and I think it could be made better for customers.

I had a horrible experience trying to book with this company. Their website was a nightmare to use, not at all user-friendly. I wasted so much time trying to figure it out. When I finally contacted customer service for help, they were no help at all and seemed clueless about my reservation. It was super frustrating and disappointing.
