I just rented a car from this company and I was really happy with how everything went. It was easy and there were no problems when I picked up and returned the car. But I think they should have more baby seats available for customers to use.

I had a really frustrating time at this car rental place the other day. I had reserved a car in advance, but when I got there, they didn't have any available. The workers blamed it on a busy week, but I thought it was unprofessional and a hassle. I had to ask for a refund, and luckily my bank helped me out right away. Just a heads up to everyone, make sure to be careful and double-check your booking to avoid this kind of mess in the future.

I had a really bad time with this car rental company. I tried to pick up my car at 11pm, but my flight got delayed, so I showed up 5 minutes late. There was no one around to help us, no phone number to call, and the company didn't even try to contact us. We were stuck in the rental lobby feeling totally alone and annoyed. I suggest steering clear of this company, it's not worth the trouble.

My experience with the rental car company was not great at all. When I got there, they gave me a dirty car with no gas and tried to convince me to pay double for a different vehicle than the one I had booked. It was super frustrating and wasted a lot of my time during my trip. I definitely recommend avoiding this company, especially in Valencia. The guy who helped me out, Alexandro, was not professional at all and was very dishonest, which really soured my whole experience.

I was helped by a really nice lady who upgraded us to a larger car right away. I would definitely go back to them for our next trip.

The rental process went really well, eh. I got picked up and dropped off at the airport with no problems at all. The staff were super nice and helpful the whole time. I would for sure recommend this service to other people, eh.
