Car rental experience
Car rental experience
ComplaintsOh man, what a nightmare! I rented a car and everything seemed all good, but after I returned it, they kept my deposit without any explanation. I had to bug them for over two months just to find out they claimed damages on the car. I sent them pics showing how the car was all good when I dropped it off early morning and left the key in the safe box. The so-called damages they said they found, like a 'ripped tire' and a 'dent', weren't even in the pics I sent. They said the car was in my care until their worker did the off hire process and inspection, but I couldn't stick around as I had to drop off the car early to catch my flight. And get this - they even emailed me saying the car was in 'good' condition when I returned it. What a joke! Total crooks, stay away from this place no matter what!
Rental experience in Buenos Aires, Argentina
Rental experience in Buenos Aires, Argentina
ComplaintsMy time with the company in Buenos Aires was a total letdown. Almost four months after giving back the rental car, I kept getting hit with fines on the regular. The latest one was just ridiculous - saying we drove in a bus lane when the picture they sent proved the opposite.

Car rental experience
ComplaintsI had a really bad time at this car rental spot. They charged me a crazy amount, $1,500, for what they said was just a "little scratch" on the car. I wanted to see some proof or reason for the high fee, but they couldn't give me any. It seemed like a scam, and I definitely won't be renting from them again.
Great car rental experience
Great car rental experience
ComplaintsDon't bother renting from them, seriously. The customer service is the worst, prices are too high, and deliveries take forever. I won't ever use them again.
Unreasonably expensive license plate
Unreasonably expensive license plate
ComplaintsThe license plate on our rental car fell off while we were driving, and now they want to charge us an outrageous $600 for it. They said it's $100 for a new plate and another $500 because they say the car couldn't be used for a whole week. But I heard it only takes 2 days to get a new plate according to the police. It just feels like a way for them to make extra cash, especially since I've noticed lots of rental cars around here with the same issue.
