Alamo Rent a Car - Reviews and experiences

I just rented a car from Alamo and it was a really good experience. Everything went smoothly, the prices were fair, and I liked that there were no extra charges for my partner to drive too. It made our trip a lot easier. We've tried other rental companies before, but Alamo is definitely the best in terms of price and convenience. I'd definitely suggest them to anyone in need of a solid car rental service.

So I rented a car, right? When I went to get it, everything was good. They mentioned this option for tolls where they bill you later, which I thought was pretty convenient. But then I got my toll bill and it was only $16, but they hit me with a $15 charge just for using the service! I don't think that's right at all, and I couldn't even find an email to voice my frustration. Not impressed one bit!
