Overcharged for parking
I was really disappointed with the parking service. They charged me for a full day even though I only parked for half a day, and on top of that, they charged me another full day just because my flight was delayed by an hour. It seemed like they were trying to rip me off, and I definitely won't be using their parking service again.
Reserved parking online
It's 11:15 in the morning on March 15th and I still haven't got that email confirmation. I shelled out $134.00 for it, which is no small change, and their site promises an instant email. I've shot them two emails already, but no dice. This is just brutal and totally sketchy. I'm fuming and ready to kick up a storm with my bank. Can't afford to be throwing money down the drain like this. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of these guys!
Shady parking situation
Hey everyone, so I just gotta tell you about the absolute disaster that was my time at this airport parking spot. I mean, seriously, I showed up to grab my car and no one was there. Talk about frustrating! And when I called, they didn't even bother picking up. Plus, there was zero security around. It was a total nightmare! Save yourself the trouble and steer clear of this place - it's shady and totally unreliable!
Misleading shuttle service
The website and email confirmation said we'd get a free shuttle from 7 am to 11 pm, but when we got to the airport at 10 pm with my son, the shuttle was done for the night. We tried calling for help, but they just said it wasn't their issue and we should grab a cab. The whole mix-up left us feeling stuck and annoyed, especially after dropping so much cash on this trip.
Last-minute purchase issues
I am so frustrated with this service! I bought a parking pass just an hour before arriving at the airport, but never got an email confirmation. I mean, I have a background in computer science, so I know where to look for emails, but there was absolutely nothing there. I had no choice but to pay at the parking lot because my pass never came through. And when I tried to get in touch with customer service, it took me a whole 20 minutes just to speak with someone. And to top it all off, since it was past the check-in time, they flat-out refused to refund me. To add insult to injury, the lady I spoke with had such a dismissive attitude and even had the nerve to hang up on me. Like, can you even believe how frustrating this whole experience was?
Issue with support email
The support email they gave, "support at airportparking.com", gets bounced back by the mail servers because it's not real. This kind of mistake is just not cool - it makes customers feel like they're all alone and basically leaves them hanging. Companies gotta make sure they give out the right contact info, so they can help out with any problems or questions that come up.
Reservation for DFW airport hotel parking
I just made a reservation to park at a hotel near DFW airport with this service. But when I got there, I found out that the hotel's shuttle wasn't running at the time of my booking. It was really frustrating and inconvenient, since I had picked that time for a specific reason.
