AIRPORTPARKING - Reviews and experiences

Just a heads up for you guys! I booked a parking spot for a week at an airport hotel and followed their cancellation rules exactly. I was supposed to get a full refund when I cancelled, but when I did it online, the confirmation vanished in a flash and I couldn't even grab a screenshot. I called multiple times, got disconnected, and the agent I finally spoke with said the hotel didn't have any record of my cancellation - even though I never parked there. They're being super shady and won't give me my money back, which is totally unfair.

I had a really bad experience dealing with a canceled reservation and getting a refund. So, like four days before my flight, I reached out to Airportparking to cancel the reservation I made with The Parking Spot. They canceled it right away, which was good, but then I never got my money back. When I called up The Parking Spot to ask what was going on, they told me I had to talk to this other company, Airportparkingreservations.com, to get my refund. I tried getting in touch with them multiple times - calling them, leaving messages on their website - but I never heard anything back. That whole situation really sucked. It was super frustrating and disappointing to get zero customer service or communication. So yeah, in the end, I ended up losing my money with no help from either The Parking Spot or Airportparkingreservations.com.

Don't bother using this service, eh. I paid in advance for parking but when I got to the lot, it was full. I had to drive around to a few different lots before finally finding a spot, and I nearly missed my flight. The stress and hassle were just not cool. Now I'm stuck dealing with the headache of trying to sort out a refund over email with this company. Overall, it was a really terrible experience, eh.
