Purchase - Reliable and efficient
I've tried a bunch of different services before, but none of them really came through like they said they would. So I decided to give this service a shot. Right after I got it, I ran into a problem with my webpage not loading. Luckily, my man Thomas York was there to save the day. He walked me through some troubleshooting steps until we figured out the problem - turns out there was a firewall blockin' the port. Once we got that sorted, everything started workin' perfectly. The features are top-notch, and the fact that they handled the installation for me was a huge plus. On top of all that, the price is way more affordable than other services I've used. Definitely worth more than what I paid, that's for sure.
Payment declined, but resolved by customer service
I ran into a little snag when I was trying to buy the software because my payment got declined. But, this guy Allan Ekman from customer service totally saved the day. He jumped on a chat with me right away and helped me figure out what was going on so that I could buy the 12-month subscription without any issues. I was really impressed by how professional and dedicated Allan was in fixing my problem. It's nice to see a company that really cares about their customers and goes the extra mile to give great service.

As a parent of a kid who goes to school on their own, that location tracking thing is a game-changer. I can't even explain how relieving it is to always know where my child is. Quick and Efficient Fix
I had a problem uninstalling and then reinstalling some software and I talked to a bunch of agents but they couldn't help.
