ComplaintsI sent an email to ask about a problem I had transferring money from the UK to Australia like the app had suggested. I then followed up on the email to make sure they got my comments. Eventually, they fixed the problem, but it shouldn't have happened in the first place, eh?

ComplaintsI had a pretty good experience with the currency exchange service. The exchange rate was awesome and the staff were really nice. But I ran into some delays with the remittance because of problems with the banking partner. The funds got held up for "routine screening," which was annoying because it made me spend a whole week trying to sort things out with my bank and support team. If it wasn't for this hiccup, I would have given a better rating.
