XE Money Transfer - Reviews and experiences

Right after I hit send I told my coworker — she’d recommended XE — that the site made the transfer look simple. Two weeks later we’ve sent a large sum abroad and I’ve been calling every day. Most reps give the same canned update, which is annoying, but one agent actually offered to escalate and sounded genuinely helpful, so I’m holding onto that. Still a bit anxious about where the money is, but hopeful they’ll sort it.

I hardly ever write reviews, eh, but I gotta say the company I used for sending money did a great job and I want to give them a shoutout. The whole process was really easy and efficient. They kept me in the loop with email updates, which made me feel good about their service. My biggest concern was making sure the transfer was safe, but I've used them twice already and both times it went off without a hitch.
