Money transfer
I gave WorldRemit a shot for the first time, switching from another service, and I gotta say, I was impressed. The rates were good and the fees were lower than I expected. The whole process was easy and quick, and the money got to the person I was sending it to on time. Overall, I'm pleased with the service and will be using it again for sure. Thanks a lot!
Quick and reliable money transfers
Why would you settle for anything less than the best, eh? I've been using World Remit for years now and they always get my money to where it needs to go in a matter of minutes. Don't bother with other companies that can't measure up to World Remit's high quality service. Trust me, stick with the best - stick with World Remit, eh.
Money transfer to South Africa
Sent some money over to a South African bank, and it got there on the same day, as long as I did it before 2pm Pretoria time. Ran into a few problems at first, but the customer service team sorted it out real quick. Big shout out for getting the job done and for being so helpful!
International money transfers
I love how fast and reliable the app is for sending money internationally. It would be even better if they had some deals or promos for us regulars who use it a lot. Even with that, it's still my go-to for sending money overseas because it's so dependable and quick.
Unable to send money to Jamaica
I've been a loyal customer since 2019, but recently I've been having some trouble sending money to Jamaica. Even though I was told everything was okay with the service, I keep running into problems. The only choice I see for Jamaica is topping up airtime, which doesn't work for me. I'd really appreciate it if you could let me know clearly if this service is no longer an option in Jamaica.
Payment issue due to lack of card reader
Sorry, I had a big problem trying to send money using the app. You need a card reader to make the payment, and I don't have one. Even when I tried to pay with a QR code, my phone couldn't read it in the app. The switch between the QR code and the app didn't work right, so I couldn't finish the transaction.
Quick and easy money transfers
I had some money transfer problems when my cousin in Nigeria tried to withdraw them. I left a review about it, and the company quickly fixed the issue. I'm glad they fixed it, but it wouldn't have happened if their customer service was easier to reach on their app.
Quick money transfer from UK to South Africa
I sent my money from the UK to South Africa and it got there really quickly, like first thing in the morning. The service was awesome, way better than the other ones I've tried in the past. Shoutout to World Remit! Thanks a bunch!
Refund received on time
I had to ask for my money back because they were taking so long, and customer service promised to give it back in 7 days. And you know what? They actually did it! I'm thrilled!

Just had a lousy time with my latest transaction. They said I'd get a refund, but it ended up in the wrong account. So now I'm stuck dealing with customer service to get my money back. It's really annoying and I'm not impressed.
Long-awaited refund finally resolved
Finally got my refund after waiting forever. I get that mistakes happen, but man, that wait was brutal. Here's to hoping for quicker transactions next time.
