ServiceI ordered from them on January 21, 2026 because I had a weekend project planned and figured delivery would be quick. Twenty days later I'm still waiting — tracking shows "Shipped" in one spot and "Processing" in another, which is annoying and weird. First impression was hopeful, then puzzled, then fed up. I emailed customer service twice and got radio silence; they really ghosted me. A shame, because the prices looked okay and I was actually a bit keen to try the stuff. I'm filing a complaint with the BBB and will start a chargeback if this doesn't sort itself out. Not recommended for now.
