Wasn't sure at first — after hauling boxes during our move and dealing with a cranky lower back, I bought this coat. Fit’s great, moves with me, people actually compliment it, relieved.

I needed warmer layers for brutal Ontario winters and was iffy after a past online flop, but after buying a couple gifts I felt the fabric and thought, hmmm, okay — I ordered myself two sweaters. Slight sceptical at first, now they’re my go-tos; comfy, unique colours, decent price. Pretty happy, really.

I bought this jacket because I’d just moved and my winter coat had completely died — needed something warm for the commute. What arrived felt like thin, scratchy material and the stitching looked off; not the sturdy piece I ordered. Tried the phone and email they gave me, nothing works, so I’m stuck with it. Kind of frustrating, especially since I wanted something reliable.

not worth it if you wanted a real Carhartt vibe. I first saw these on Instagram after a friend tipped me, so I ordered two — one for me, one for my kid. They arrived in about 10 days, but the fabric is way too thin and cheap, zippers have no branding, there were no tags inside, and stitching is coming loose. Size chart is off, too. I asked for a refund and return label. Keeps a breeze out but that's it.

I was halfway wrapping presents when the box had only one jacket. I ordered two jackets for my boys for Christmas and used the first right away — it fits great, nice material, kind of a surprise. There was even a tiny handwritten note from the packer, which was odd but nice. Problem is the other jacket never showed. Contacting customer service took ages; they mostly told me to check the package and I kept saying I only received one item. My bank wouldn’t help because tracking showed delivered. If they checked shipment weight it’d be obvious. In the end I’m out the full price and pretty annoyed. Service slow, delivery unclear, product okay though.

not worth ordering from them, though oddly relieved the parcel turned up. My friend tipped me and I ordered a jacket in October 2025 for £65 including postage. About seven weeks later it arrived — wrong colour, wrong size and poor quality. I complained; they offered a partial refund if I kept it. I asked for a full refund and got a Chinese return address, told I’d pay return postage. Glad it wasn’t a complete scam, but I wouldn’t use them again.

I ordered from them on January 21, 2026 because I had a weekend project planned and figured delivery would be quick. Twenty days later I'm still waiting — tracking shows "Shipped" in one spot and "Processing" in another, which is annoying and weird. First impression was hopeful, then puzzled, then fed up. I emailed customer service twice and got radio silence; they really ghosted me. A shame, because the prices looked okay and I was actually a bit keen to try the stuff. I'm filing a complaint with the BBB and will start a chargeback if this doesn't sort itself out. Not recommended for now.
