CommunicationMy experience with the cryptocurrency trading platform was a real letdown. They didn't even bother to talk to me before they went ahead and sold off my crypto without asking my permission. That lack of transparency and communication really made me feel uneasy about continuing to use their services. On top of that, the skimpy account transaction history they gave customers just didn't cut it for me. I need to be able to keep tabs on my investments and make sure everything's on the up and up with the platform. Being able to access our transaction history is key for us customers.
