So I was trying to make a trade, but the system was acting all glitchy and wouldn't let me do anything. My money ended up stuck in that dumb fiat currency and I couldn't buy what I wanted. After waiting around for a couple of days with no support, I finally decided to just put my cash back into ethereum. But then ethereum was down too, and on top of that they hit me with fees! Ended up losing a hundred twenty bucks! They never even bothered to explain why or try to fix things. I only had $2,500 in there, but if I had more it would've been a disaster. Definitely not risking a lot of money with them again. Ugh.

I had a problem when I was trying to buy something on the trading site. Even with the customer service person's help, my payment didn't work when the market went down. I think the trading platform needs to be more dependable to stop this from happening again.

I've been using this crypto exchange since January 2021 and so far, it's been good. Sometimes it can be a bit annoying, but overall it's easy to use and gets the job done. I like that the verification is smooth, I can do e-transfers, and there are no fees for transactions over $2000. The interface is simple and easy to understand, and the fees for deposits and withdrawals are fair compared to others. The online chat is handy for quick help too.

But there are some things to think about. Not having a mobile app is a bit inconvenient, and sometimes the chat can have a long wait. It's also frustrating that there's no phone support for urgent issues. I had a problem where I didn't get an Interac deposit request on time during a market drop, which was pretty stressful. There was also a glitch that messed up the deposit fees, but I'm waiting for it to be fixed.

Even with these struggles, I recently had a good experience with customer service, especially with Mr. Shah who was really helpful.
