Hey, I finally got my money after two weeks. It was pretty awesome to see it in my account - a nice bit of cash for a 12-year-old like me. Hopefully next time it comes even quicker.

I live up here in Canada and I found this company that does forex trading. It's been going pretty well. Putting money in and taking it out is quick and simple, and the online chat support has been handy. The only catch is if you need to deal with paperwork, you gotta wait until regular work hours. Their office is right downtown in Toronto. They seem like a pretty trustworthy broker with decent leverage and spreads. Nothing too amazing, but it does the job.

I had to move some money around from my trading account to the bank account and between two trading accounts a while back, eh. The customer service folks were super helpful all the way through. Caroline helped me out with the transfer and withdrawal, making sure I got my cash real quick, in just one day. Plus, Matt made it real easy for me to move money between my two trading accounts. Just a heads up, if you got any trades open, you gotta reach out to customer service for help with moving or taking out cash, eh.

I've dealt with many brokers before, but this one really stands out because they take forever to process withdrawals and charge fees. It's so annoying waiting days for my money, especially when I'm using the same card, account, IP, and PC every time. Initially, the customer service team told me withdrawals would only take 24 hours max, but then they emailed me saying it could be a whole week. The platform they use is super old compared to other brokers I've tried, but the only reason I stuck with them was because of the leverage they offer.
