The booking process at the branch went really well. Our travel agent, Holly, was amazing and knew a lot about all the different holiday options. She helped us pick out the perfect family vacation to Florida for next year, and even gave us prosecco and snacks while we were booking. It was such a stress-free and easy experience, all thanks to Holly's fantastic service.

So yeah, we went to this spot in Swansea and chatted with this lady who filled us in on all the deets about a sunny Florida vacay. We mulled it over and rang up another lady, who turned out to be super friendly and helpful as well. And now, we've gone ahead and secured our holiday plans - we're pretty pumped for it to come around. They even hooked us up with contact info in case we need more info.
