I used it for a quick Italy trip and after using the filters found a cozy pet-friendly flat for me and my dog. The price comparison across sites is handy when you're watching budgets, though sometimes the same place pops up twice with slightly different fees — annoying but not a dealbreaker. Booking was dead simple; confirmation came by email a bit slower than promised, but customer support replied within a day and sorted it. Not perfect, but I'll use it again and tipped my sister.
