On-siteI was half expecting a glitch — booking sites can be weird — but Planet of Hotels surprised me. The reservation went through smoothly, confirmation came right away, and everything the hotel needed was on the note. I remember the second I handed my ID and they already had my name, I relaxed. Check-in took barely a minute, the room matched the photos and felt fresh. Would book with them again, I'd just recommend double-checking the cancellation terms, that's all and maybe ask about taxes.
