CancellationNow listen here, eh! I had this booking at a hotel in London, eh, through one of those third-party websites, you know? But then, wouldn't you know it, I ended up testing positive for COVID, so I had to cancel my reservation, right? So, I reached out to the hotel and the booking website, but they wouldn't budge, eh! They made me pay the full cancellation fee, even during a pandemic, can you imagine? I gotta say, I'm real disappointed with their lack of understanding and compassion. You know what? I've lost faith in their brand now, and I ain't gonna stay at any of their places again in the future. That's how she goes, bud.
