TransportI had a really bad experience when I was trying to sort out transportation to and from the airport for my stay at the Renaissance. I called the hotel's number twice, but couldn't get past a language barrier and the staff wasn't very helpful. I tried contacting Marriott reservations, but they just told me to call the hotel directly. After getting in touch with Marriott Bonvoy for the hotel's email address, I didn't hear back for 9 whole days. I was so fed up with the lack of communication and poor customer service that I ended up booking a room at the Mandarin Oriental because they were quick to respond and very attentive.
