BookingMy recent experience staying at a certain hotel left me feeling pretty let down. I'm part of their loyalty program, but the treatment I got was not great. Even though I've been a faithful customer, they made me feel like a stranger. There was a mix-up with a booking in my name in Cannes by the reservation team, which made me spend a lot of time fixing it. I tried to talk to different managers, but no one responded and the problem wasn't solved. This kind of service is not okay and now I don't trust the brand as much.

BookingYeah, so I was at this place and it was pretty cool. The rooms were nice and the service was friendly, but some spots were better than others and the prices were kinda all over the place. Sometimes there were issues with checking in and paying for stuff, which was annoying. It was okay overall, but they definitely need to work on being more consistent.
