Changesbooking was straightforward, seat selection felt normal, all fine. But when I needed to move two flights it turned into a mess. GoToGate couldn't cancel one segment and pushed me to contact the airline. Malaysia Airlines kept routing me through the phone tree; someone called Mavis said she'd put me through to a 'human' twice, but nobody picked up after 45 minutes and again two hours later. In the end I just rebooked elsewhere. Works for simple bookings, but changes are frustrating and flaky. Wouldn't recommend for tight itineraries.
