CommunicationI found this awesome deal on a flight ticket, but man, booking it was a total nightmare. After I paid, I got an email from some other company confirming my booking, and that really threw me off and made me anxious. Then they started bombarding me with texts and phone calls, which made me feel super uneasy and suspicious.

CommunicationI just booked a flight online and got a good deal, but I was bummed to see that bags weren't included in the price, which wasn't clear on the website. I tried to get in touch with customer service for some answers, but I never heard back within the 24 hours they promised. And to top it off, I got a weird call from a random number in the US at midnight, which was totally unprofessional and annoying.
