PriceI spotted this site from a colleague's recommendation and went ahead, thinking fares were decent. As I checked out, extra fees for seats and bags kept appearing and delivery of my e-ticket was delayed. Customer service was slow to explain, felt misleading, annoyed but stuck with it overall disappointing.
