Finally called back
Finally called back
CommunicationWas pretty annoyed at first — no one told me I couldn’t check a bag on a self-transfer under 120 minutes. Calling around was a mess, got bounced from person to person. What made me actually satisfied was when someone finally phoned the next day and sorted a refund and an alternate. Still clunky, but better than nothing.
Felt like a switcheroo

CommunicationI was scrolling at night, saw a page that looked like SAS, I hesitated but booked — mistake. I already had doubts before paying (felt off) and they kinda stuck. After the sale I realized it wasn’t SAS but Flight Network and when I asked to change something they basically shrugged, hiding behind the airline. Ticket showed up so that part worked, but the lack of help left a bad taste. Probably won't use them again.
