ServiceWe really enjoy using City Pass in different cities to save some money on activities. It's awesome to check out new places with their passes. We ran into a bit of trouble when we tried to pay with our credit card, but the folks at the Chicago office were super helpful and we got our passes right on time.

ServiceI think the CityPASS is a good deal if you're going to check out the attractions they include. It was really easy to use, which I liked a lot. But I did have to call customer service when I was trying to book the Cruise and was having some trouble. The person I talked to didn't really get what I was asking and gave me a random answer. It was a bit annoying, but eventually they did fix the problem. Overall, it was an okay experience.
