CityPASS - Reviews and experiences

Halfway through our first museum stop I realized the tickets were already open on my phone — the app had synced while I was on the subway. That was nice, because last time I forgot the paper booklet at the hotel and it turned the morning into a scramble. I use CityPass for weekend family outings and the quick solo museum breaks after work, so having everything in the app mostly works for me. Delivery of the digital tickets is usually fast, though once a notification lagged and I had to log in twice; I reached customer service and they responded within a day with clear steps, not a canned answer, which I appreciated. Still, I do miss flipping through a physical booklet now and then. All in all it’s practical and saves time — would recommend it to friends, but a little polish on notifications would make it even smoother.
