CancellationI had a ton of problems with the service I got. I think they really need to work on their customer service because I had to argue with them to get a refund because I was sick. The terms and conditions were not very fair to the customer, and I had to make a fuss to get any kind of compensation. Even though I did end up getting a bit of my money back, it was a big hassle and took up a lot of my time.
