Communicationafter paying the deposit they gave me a later date for the balance, but a few hours on I got an email saying I had 48 hours to pay the full amount. That caught me off guard and it took ages to get a straight answer. On the plus side, the booking itself was painless and the trip choices look promising, so I’m still excited. I’d advise anyone to screenshot the payment schedule and keep records, and maybe call during business hours so you don’t get shuffled around. If they fix the communication around payments I’d feel a lot more comfortable booking again. Small mess, but not a deal-breaker yet.
