Sleepy toddler, mystery seat and a bag of "we're fine" replies

Service

“Nothing wrong on our end,” “System shows infant,” rinse and repeat. One employee even had the nickname “Cyborg” (I joked about it) — when I called later, apparently Cyborg doesn’t exist in their records. Weird. The worst bit was the flights themselves: 12 hours total with my kiddo mostly on my lap, which is not ideal and honestly rough on both of us. On top of that I paid baggage fees at REMOVED that I’d already paid for — so double-charge fun. Customer service kept deflecting, and delivery of the promised resolution never arrived. It’s not that everything was broken — the flights happened, we arrived — but the handling and follow-up were sloppy and inconsistent. I’ve reported to Better Business and the US Department (waiting on them). If someone tips you about a cheap fare, ask a lot of questions first — I should’ve pushed harder. Learned my lesson the expensive, tiring way.

Pushed add-on, poor follow-up

Service

I won't use AsapTicket again — the so‑called protection plan they pushed is useless and the support is worse. I paid attention because the agent recommended an extra protection option during checkout; seemed sensible at the time, but it turned out to offer no real cover, and nobody could explain what it actually did (or didn't). The agents were either poorly briefed or deliberately evasive — lots of pauses, vague phrases, and once, a rep (name removed) hung up when I asked for details I couldn't get elsewhere. I tried to follow up, sent messages, called back, and kept getting the same circular answers or silence. It's not just that the product failed me, it's that the company never took ownership afterwards. That left me feeling frustrated and a bit naive, honestly. If you're thinking of buying from them, ask specific, written terms about any add‑ons, and expect to chase things down yourself. I get that mistakes happen, but this felt more like a system pushing an extra fee than actual customer protection. My advice: be sceptical, keep screenshots, and don't rely on verbal promises. Small emotional aside — it's disappointing to have a trip marred by this sort of runaround. I wouldn't recommend them to friends or family at this point.

Almost missed it — but delivery saved the day

Service

Right in the middle of packing I remembered the booking drama and felt my stomach drop — and honestly, I almost wrote this off. I first heard about these folks from a travel buddy at work who tipped me off over coffee, so I gave them a shot. At first there was a hiccup with dates (yeah, not ideal), and I was grumpy, I’ll admit it. But what really turned things around was how the delivery and the customer service moved. The e-tickets showed up crisp and on time, and someone actually answered my call instead of making me go in circles. They walked me through the changes, checked the connecting times, and calmed me down — which matters when you’re trying to sort passport and layover stuff. I kept getting small updates by email and text, and that steady follow-up made me feel like they had my back. It wasn’t perfect — I had to repeat some info, and there were a couple of pauses while they checked things — but I appreciated the persistence. My travel buddy ended up switching their return date too after talking to an agent, and it was handled smoothly. In the end I’m really glad I listened to that colleague and pushed through; could’ve been way worse. Grateful that the hiccups didn’t ruin the trip, and happy with how delivery and service were handled. Would I use them again? Yeah, I would — with a quick double-check myself next time.
