CancellationI first noticed ASAP Tickets when a friend sent me a link — I wasn't sure, honestly, and waited a bit. The rep kept pushing and said (several times) I could cancel within 24 hours, so I went ahead — wasn't totally ready, but I felt reassured. When I tried to cancel inside that period they suddenly said it wasn't possible. It felt wrong, so I rang United myself; they confirmed the 24-hour cancel rule for all tickets. I tried to stay calm on the phone, but it didn't help. Feels like poor training or straight-up misleading sales. Won't use them again.
