Virtual PBX - Reviews and experiences

I had a problem with my service the other day, so I reached out to customer support for help. It was only the second time in over ten years that I had to contact them, but I was really impressed with how quickly and effectively they helped me out. The person I talked to, MJ, was able to figure out the issue right away and walked me through the steps to fix it. In no time, I was back to normal without any more issues. I really appreciate the knowledge and commitment shown by the Virtual PBX Support team, especially MJ.

I can't stress enough how amazing the service from this company is. Every time I talk to their staff, it's been nothing but great. They really care about making their customers happy, and it shows.

VirtualPBX is honestly one of the best tech companies we've ever worked with. Like, seriously, over the years we've dealt with so many companies in this field, but VirtualPBX really takes the cake.
