Virtual PBX - Reviews and experiences

I've been using this company's services for about four years now, and let me tell you, the technology works like a charm. At first, the interface wasn't great, but it's gotten a lot better over time, making it way easier to use. The instructions are also a lot clearer now, which has made my experience as a user a lot better.
