Huge thanks to Kathy Melendez for all her help in getting our auto-attendant system up and running. If it wasn't for her skills and know-how, we wouldn't have the amazing system we have today. I would definitely recommend VirtualPBX and their Account Services Team!

I recently reached out to a customer service rep for help setting up my phone system, and I gotta say, the service I got was top-notch. The rep really went above and beyond, spending extra time to make sure everything was set up right and that I was happy with it all. I was really impressed by their smarts and skills in the field, and how willing they were to make sure I got the results I wanted.

I just switched to the vconsole platform with Virtual PBX, and I gotta say, I'm thrilled with my decision. I've been working with them for about a year now and honestly, I love it! The whole process of getting started was really easy, the training was great, and everyone was so nice. Whenever I needed help, whether it was on the phone or through the chat on their website, their team was quick to respond and always took care of my concerns right away. And if the issue was ongoing, they had another team follow up to make sure everything was resolved. I got a PA system type speaker for my warehouse and when I had trouble setting it up, they gave me a really helpful document. Even when I had a different issue with a second speaker, the tech team fixed it right away. They're really smart and get things done quickly!
