My recent purchase
My recent purchase
CommunicationI was pretty happy with my new purchase at first, eh. But then things went downhill fast when I upgraded to fiber optic and got a new router. I ran into some serious connection issues, and I gotta say, I was beyond frustrated, eh. I tried reaching out to customer support multiple times for help, but got absolutely no response, which really got under my skin. This lack of support has left me feeling really disappointed, and I definitely won't be renewing my subscription, eh.
