TP-Link - Reviews and experiences

TP-Link just moved to the top of my list for home tech, even though I was pretty skeptical at first. I use a bunch of their gear — routers, smart plugs, a couple of cameras — and most of it quietly keeps running while I do the usual: stream shows, keep an eye on the kid with a monitor, have lights come on automatically. When my old CCTV from another brand started acting weird I spent hours in forums and chasing their support, who wouldn’t share the specs I needed. So I emailed TP-Link on a whim. Two short emails back, a rep (Vanna) sent clear answers and links to exact specs that fit my setup — and that was before I paid anything. It felt almost suspiciously easy but it was real help. Still a little cautious, sure, but now TP-Link gets my first look for home stuff. Makes day-to-day life less fiddly, and that’s worth a lot.
