I recently spoke with a Red Pocket customer service guy named Stephen, and let me tell you, he was awesome! Stephen really went out of his way to help me switch my number to Red Pocket, walking me through everything and giving me clear instructions. You could tell he really cared about making sure I was happy, and I was so impressed by how professional and knowledgeable he was. I can't thank Stephen enough for his help, and I would definitely suggest Red Pocket to anyone looking for great customer service.

I had an amazing time with RedPocket all because of the great customer service I got from the rep. They really went out of their way to fix my problem quickly and perfectly. The customer service live chat team is amazing! It might take a little while to get connected, but once you do they are there with you until your issue is resolved. Big shoutout to Jennie from customer service, she's fantastic!
